But there is a catch, and it is VERY IMPORTANT. If you are working with a Buyer's Agent, (with me of course!), which you should be, you MUST do the following; 1) Upon entering the home, you MUST tell the Listing Agent that you are working with a Buyer's Agent. 2) If asked your name, only provide your first name. 3) If asked to sign in, you MUST sign in with my name and my contact information. 4) If you have a lot of questions about the house please contact me to get the answers for you, which I will do ASAP. These steps are very important because if you don't make it clear that you have a Buyer's Agent, the Seller's Agent, using "Procuring Cause", could then cut me out of the deal, even if you submit your offer paperwork through me. Keep in mind the Seller's Agent works for the seller and has a duty to get the maximum sale price for the seller, thus no one would looking out for your best interest in this scenario.
