To request multiple showings, a tour, click on the small green "left" arrow, which will take you to a list of all the properties on your search. From here, just select all the ones you want to see, and then click on the "REQUEST A SHOWING" button and tell me when you would like to see them. If all the properties are in the same area, it usually takes about 30 minutes per house with travel. Generally 8 properties is the most we can comfortably see in one day, which would take about 4 hours. Notice time Generally 24-48 hours notice is ideal for setting up a showing. This gives me time to contact the listing agent, and for them to confirm the appointment with the seller. Some sellers want more time to "tidy up the place". Usually 24 hours notice is the minimum time preferred. Many listings will only show with a minimum of 24 hours notice. VACANT Properties Vacant properties can usually be shown with very little notice time. HOT properties If you see one you really like, request a showing ASAP If you really like it, someone else will too, and you want to get it before they do. If possible, give me your 1st and 2nd choice time preferences, in case I'm busy during your 1st choice time. I will contact you to confirm all showings and details with you! Thank You! Ted
