Why Hire a Buyer's Agent?

Working with a Buyer's Agent does not cost you a thing.
A Buyer's Agent is paid a predetermined commission from the listing contract after the deal closes.

With over 17 years of experience I know the process inside and out from both the seller's side and the buyer's side. As your Buyer's Agent, I will be working for you, and looking out for your best interests throughout the entire buying process. The listing agent of any property you look at, is looking out for the best interest of the seller, and is legally obligated to help the seller get the highest sale price possible for their home.

Just some of the specific services I will provide include;

1) I will recommend an honest Mortgage Broker to help you get the best interest rate possible and to get you preapproved for a mortgage before you start looking seriously.

2) I will give you on-line access to MLS, (the Multiple Listing Service), the source database for all listings in Massachusetts, and give you the ability to view all homes specifically matched to your search, including full addresses.

3) I will schedule the appointments and go with you to view the properties that interest you.

4) I will help you determine if the house you like is appropriately priced.

5) I will help you determine the appropriate amount to offer based on the house itself and current market conditions.

6) I will work with you to submit the most competitive offer and negotiate any counter offers on your behalf.

7) I will recommend a quality home inspector. walk you through the inspection process, and negotiate any inspection issues on your behalf.

8) I will recommend an honest and reputable real estate attorney to assist with all legal issues from the Purchase & Sale through the closing.

9) I will guide you through all the additional steps in the buying process up to and including the closing.
