of property. This means that the agent is working for the buyer as a 'Buyer's Agent'.
The job of a buyers agent includes: advising clients on the financing
process, meeting to identify needs & wishes, locating properties
& arranging appointments, viewing properties, making an offer,
negotiating a price and other terms, assistance arranging for
inspections, coordinating communication with the client's attorney and
other parties involved with the transaction, and more... all the way to
closing the deal! Whether you're a first time home buyer, relocating, downsizing or

steps towards home ownership. I also provide my buyer clients with a Timeline &
Checklist, so they'll know what to expect and when. Further,
as an Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR), I have gone the extra mile to

designation is considered a "benchmark of excellence in buyer
representation". The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) awards
this coveted designation to Realtors who meet the specified educational

Your buyers agent will arrange viewing appointments for you and can show you any property that's available for purchase no matter where it's being advertised or listed. When a buyer asks for my
help with locating & purchasing property, I may request that they sign
an 'exclusive buyers contract'. Signing this contract simply formalizes
our working relationship & can be canceled at any time if the
client is not satisfied with the services that I'm providing to them. Obtaining the services of a buyers agent does not cost buyers any out of pocket expenses.
