For most families, choosing a new home is the biggest financial decision they will ever make. There are many complicated decisions involved in choosing your new home. To protect your interests and assure that you make the best possible decisions, it's important that you have an agent on your side who is an expert in the local real estate market.

Finding a good real estate agent is essential to enjoying a painless real estate transaction. The saying is "20% of the agents do 80% of the business," and it is true. The question is how can you find a good real estate agent? The best agent for you doesn't necessarily work at the largest brokerage, close the most transactions or make the most money. The best agent for you is an experienced professional who will listen to you, conduct business in an ethical manner and knows your market.

Working with a Buyer’s Agent:
It is important to understand the role a buyer’s agent plays in your home-buying process. Seller’s list their homes with real estate agents to market their home and negotiate the best deal for the seller. The seller’s agent is working with the seller’s best interest in mind and will do everything they can to sell the home at the highest possible price. An exclusive Buyer’s Agent role goes a lot further than simply helping you find the best homes that meet your preferences. Your agent should represent you exclusively in the transaction and assist you during the entire process, putting you first and negotiating the best deal, with your best interest in mind. Your agent should know the current real estate market conditions, have a strong ability to negotiate and can guide you through the entire home-buying process, explaining forms, documents, and real estate terminology as you go.

About Me:
I am literally obsessed with today’s real estate market. I am passionate about helping others pursue personal happiness & financial success through home ownership. As a business owner, homeowner, and real estate investor myself, I am able to put myself in your shoes. I use the most up-to-date technology & resources to be connected to today’s real-estate market. This enables me not only to find listings but to analyze and compare them with others to help negotiate the best deal for my buyers. I'll be representing you, not the seller. This assures that my experience and expertise in the local market will be used in your best interests during the negotiation process. I have been negotiating deals my entire life. This negotiating ability is the true asset I bring to the table and will ensure your satisfaction with choosing to work with me as your buyer’s agent. I have worked extremely hard my entire life to get to where I am today and many will say I am a work-a-holic!

How Buyer’s Agents Get Paid:
With the majority of real estate transactions involving professional real estate agents, buyers should employ their own exclusive buyer agent to assist them in locating, evaluating and negotiating real estate, without the fear of additional fees needing to be paid for this representation. In a standard real estate transaction, the listing agent makes an agreement with the seller to pay a defined commission to sell the home, including compensation for the buyer’s representative agent. This results in no additional cost for you to use an exclusive buyer’s agent. I do not charge additional fees for services or minimum commissions.
