    *Finding your own Buyer is defined as a Buyer(s) who(m) has (have) no affiliation, commitment or representation of/ to a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Brokerage Company, Buyers agent, with or without a Buyers agent contract, or the like. A Seller finding their own Buyer must show that there is not compensation paid to a Real Estate Brokerage Company or Broker thereof.

A little about myself
For 25 years, I worked as a Principal Software Engineer at The Foxboro Company (now Invensys, PLC). 
As a Principal Software Engineer, I worked in several Software Engineering capacities including; Software Development, Product Support, Maintenance of the Line and Customer Support.
I have always able to resolve complex engineering issues and was a "Go-to" person throughout my Software Career!

On September 7, 1999 I was awarded a United States Patent (#5,948,101 - "Methods and Systems for Booting a Computer in a Distributed Computing System").
