My experience with Celine Muldowney and Stone Ridge Properties could not have been any better. I had lived in the same house for 30 years, moved out of state, and after a short time needed to come back to MA. Celine got me back to MA into a beautiful condo. I decided condo living was not for me. She showed it, gave me input and hints on what to do to make a sale. The selling of that condo did not go smoothly. Not due to her or myself but a condo association over sight. Celine kept in touch with me every day with status and memos from parties involved the sale finally went forward.
Celine then took the time to find out what it was in a house that I really wanted and needed. We did this long distance as I went to my summer home. She lined up properties I would like and I would travel down to see them. She never wasted my time and listened to me as to what I liked and did not. "MY" house came on the market and she went and walked through it for me. Called and told me the pros and cons. I came down the next day saw it and put a deposit on it. We got the home inspector in and found out what needed to be done. On her time she met the plumber and electrician and got quotes that were forwarded to me. I am very happy in my new home. The process of selling and buying could have been very stressful but Celine kept my perspective on everything in line and all worked out well. You cannot go wrong using Celine to sell or purchase a property. When they say the customer is always first, they mean it in Celine's case.

We live in Newburyport, MA. In the Spring and Summer of 2012, we decided to purchase a new home with the intentions of selling our condominium once we moved into a new place. We were very fortunate to work with Celine Muldowney of Stone Ridge Properties. Celine was tireless in her efforts to show us as many different properties as possible so that we could figure out what exactly we wanted. In her efforts, she never made us feel like we were asking too much. With Celine's careful guidance we found the perfect home for us, in the exact neighborhood that we wanted to be in. I have recently sold my home in Newbury and it was very hard for me to make a change. I have lived there for 22 years. My husband died 2 years ago so I was flying solo. It was daunting to even contemplate a move. Then I met Celine. She assured me that she was able to take the reins and guide me through the stressful process. I took the big leap, placed my faith in her, and we shook hands to seal the deal. From there on she led me step by step to a successful sale.
She instructed me to get going and throw everything out that I could part with. She introduced me to a wonderful man to help with removal of years of "stuff" that had collected in my shed, garage, basement and storage areas. He showed up on time, was polite and left leaving everything clean and tidy. I couldn't have done without him. Celine also showed up one day in her work clothes, rolled up her sleeves and worked all day to improve the appearance of each room. She moved furniture, packed some boxes and showed me how to best show off the features of my home. It surely made a huge difference.
On the day of my Open House, over 50 couples walked through. By the end of the day, I had 4 good offers for my house. Celine then explained the pros and cons of each offer and we decided on accepting one of them. It was all done in one day. She left me with no worries and said she would take care of all the details. And she did.
When I hit a snag, the replacement of my septic system, Celine went into overdrive. She was able to work a miracle deal for me so I was able to move as quickly as possible. And everyone was happy.
The closing was short and sweet. All parties left with big smiles on their faces.
I will always think fondly of Celine, she was the right person at the right time and she saved my bacon!

When I decided to look for a condo in Newburyport, I called Stone Ridge Properties after looking on line, etc. Celine contacted me right away, and she helped me thin down the list of places to look at as she was very familiar with just about all of them, and made arrangements to visit each of the remaining locations. We found the right place very quickly and Celine guided me through the process of making an offer with her in depth knowledge of the market, and the history of selling prices for similar units.
