They alert you to any change of status, such as New Listings, Price Changes, Listings Under Agreement, etc. ACT = Active listing CTG = Offer accepted (under contract) but showing for backup offers until certain contingencies have been met. ACT (with tiny clock icon on right) = Under contract but showing for additional offers due to a kick-out clause/right of first refusal. NEW = New listing (will change to ACT after 3 days) PCG = Price Change (will change to ACT after 3 days) UAG = Under Agreement (offer has been accepted) BOM = Back on Market (property was Under Agreement but is now back on the market) (will change to ACT after 3 days) CAN = Canceled listing (seller has withdrawn the property from the market) WDN = Withdrawn (Seller has withdrawn the property from the market but is still under contract with Listing Broker) EXP = Expired listing (Seller's contract with Listing Broker has Expired, now off the market) EXT = Extended listing (Listing Broker's agreement with seller was to expire, but has been extended) RAC = Reactivated listing (Listing had expired or had been withdrawn from the market for a period, but has been reactivated) SLD = Sold (Sale/Closing has been completed) You may also view the MLS Status Flyer for additional info HERE ....
