Comparing to buying a property, selling a property is a lot more work. It took months of fixing the house, staging the house, marketing and hosting open house and picking the right offer. Again, John was an intelligent, dedicated and resourceful partner in selling our old house in Methuen. John guided us on cleanup the house and hired a professional photographer to make great marketing materials.
