She has worked in many capacities including a HUD Broker, RE broker, realtor, real estate attorney, title examiner, marketer, mortgage closing attorney, etc. Throughout her long real estate career, she has worked with varies professionals of real estate and has resolved many real estate issues and has full knowledge of the industry to help her clients get what they need and want. She attended University of Kent, England and then received bachelor's degree from UMass/Amherst in 1992 and then backpacked around Europe before she headed to Suffolk University Law School where she concentrated on property law. She earned her law license in 1998 and her real estate license in 1999. As a leasing broker/property manager, she finds tenants for her landlord clients and manages rental properties. With her extensive experience in real estate she knows that she can help her sellers, buyers achieve their goals. As a HUD certified broker, she has expertise in selling distressed defaulted properties. She can sell any properties including estate properties and properties under court appointed conservatorship. Real estate is what she loves to do. She is a member of Multiple Listing Service, Freddie Mac, MA Bar, REIA, etc, and a supporter of Linden Steam Academy PTO, Malden Girl Scouts, Kiwanis. She also served on the Board of Directors of Malden Chamber of Commerce. Kevin Anderton Kevin is a Contractor, Property Manager and a House Renovator and has extensive knowledge in all of the area of construction. He also dehoards hoarder houses and renovates. He helps owners maximize value in their rental units and manages tenants and leases. He also has an extensive knowledge and experience of managing tenants and properties. He received his Masters in Communications from Boston University and his Bachelors in Business Administration from Salem State University. He also writes, directs and produces short films during his free time.
