Laura is a fantastic realtor. Laura has proven, both as our selling and buying agent, that she is a very patient person. Due to the downturn in the economy, our condo was on the market for well over a year. Laura never gave up hope and always approached us with a positive attitude, assuring us that sooner or later the right buyer would come along. Laura always made herself available for showings on our condo. After the condo showings, she would always report back to us with any feedback the potential buyer had. Laura always offered, and we welcomed, her opinion as to what we could do to make our condo more attractive to buyers.

As a young couple, and as first time homebuyers, we were very nervous and unsure about the whole home buying experience. However, when we visited homes with Laura, we felt that she was on our side. She asked for our input and often pointed out things that a first-time homebuyer would not know. She helped us to fine-tune our search, so that it became much easier and less stressful to find our first home. When we finally found the perfect house, she helped us with the daunting tasks of applying for a mortgage and all the other things that need to be done, which can be overwhelming. Not only did she do a great job in helping us find a home, but she has gone above and beyond. She has remained in contact with us, checking to make sure that all is well in our new home. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Laura Morte and we recommend her highly as a buyers agent to young couples starting out and to established couples who are searching for their dream homes.
