I am writing this letter in hopes that it will truly express my gratitude for your help in achieving my dream of becoming a home owner. I often think back to our first encounter a couple of years ago when you showed me that apartment in Quincy. I knew then that when I was ready to purchase you would be my realtor. Over time life happened and you've always kept in contact with me via emails and wonderful seasonal cards that I enjoyed.
When I decided to work with NACA (Neighborhood Corporation of America) I was told that I had to use a realtor that is part of their program. I decided to follow their suggestion because as you later learned although the benefits are wonderful it is a difficult program to go threw. Dealing with him left me feeling disconnected to say the least. I remember speaking to you and in a matter of a week you took the NACA course and signed on as my realtor. When I think back I am 100 assured that you went threw all of that to simply help me. I know without a doubt that I would not have closed on my first home within my time frame had it not been for you.
I can now laugh at the 10pm phone calls; delayed closing dates and my all time favorite BOA sending me to city hall for a document that does not exist. Throughout everything you stayed in constant communication with everyone at NACA and BOA. Finally I think back to that day where I was so frustrated that I wanted to walk away from the deal and my dream. I felt defeated. You stepped in and acted as a friend and not just a realtor and for that I am truly grateful.

Lillian came recommended to me by a member of the lending staff at my credit union. From my first meeting with Lillian, I felt welcome in the office and that she was willing to give her time and personal attention to me to identify the kinds of properties and features that I would want in my new home. This continued through the buying process with the offer, negotiations on the contract, the inspection and the closing as Lillian negotiated with the sellers and their realtor on my behalf and was always available to answer questions and offer advice.

As a house buyer, I want give my best words to our Buyer agent, Lillian Leone. As I am not a native speaker, once I learn some better word, I would like to say it again.
Before came to US, I was working on commercial property management before, we do construction and sell the building. I experienced a lot of brokers and agent who work for the company, and understand their tricks. Their priority is selling out the highest price properties. The high-demand market spoiled them. Although they got high commissions, they lost something: the passion, the care on customers, and integrity. I found what they lost on Lillian, and more than that, she has all sorts of positive energy.
My husband and I, we feel so lucky that Lillian became our buyer agent in our most important life period: new family, new baby, seeking new house, this is the time to determine what our future life look like.
We are so glad that Lillian was here with us, again. She always give us great confidence and knowledge on purchasing the new property.
When the first time we meet, she prepared holistic materials for first buyer, and I never have a friend who experienced that “exclusive service”.
With the understanding, we feel clearer on whole process, and we know Lillian pass the judge right to us. With the knowledge, we might be stricter on her job and performance, but she still chose to do so. In her mind, all customers have right to learn.

I write this letter in hopes that it will accurately illustrate how happy we are in our new home and how grateful we are for all of your help in getting us to where we are now. As you know, Cara and I found the house hunting process to be an arduous one. We saw dozens of homes in the towns of Braintree, Canton, Dedham, Milton, and Norwood. And while all the homes possessed a special charm and unique history, none of them felt like a good fit for us. You never lost your patience, or your drive to help us find the perfect home, and for that, we are truly appreciative. When we finally found our home on Chester Avenue in Dedham, Massachusetts, we knew we would be happy here but we also knew that it would not be easy. 41 couples and families attended the open house at 26 Chester Avenue, and Cara and I felt that there was no way that we would be able to compete with the 5 other offers that were submitted after that weekend. But thanks to your professional advice and encouragement, our offer was accepted. Once the offer was approved, you attended our home inspection and eased all of the confusion between the seller’s realtor and the relocation company (and us)! This was our first home purchase and although we were presented with new challenges, complicated questions, and big decisions every day, you were clear, thorough, and supportive throughout.
It was obvious how much energy and care you put into helping us find a home. You were in constant contact with us with new leads and valuable information. We truly felt as if you were working for us, and only us, although we know that not to be the reality of your busy professional life! As you remember, we came to you- more like crawled- after an extremely poor experience with another Realty company. We were left in the dark and confused about our choices and rights as buyers. After we walked away from a home post offer and home inspection, we were ready to give up and continue renting in the Boston area for another few years. We desperately reached out to Bob Mulloy, our fantastic home inspector, who gave us your glowing recommendation. With little hope Dave and I met with your office this fall and were astounded at the professionalism that was immediately extended to us. Both you and Lillian spoke to us in a down to earth manner that made the home searching/buying process seem manageable. It was the breath of fresh air we were looking for. We gave you our lists of wants and needs and "would be nice to haves" and you were ready and willing to accept our challenge of a 2 family in Boston, with a very low budget. From the moment we signed our agreement with your office, we felt for the first time that someone was working FOR US. You and Lillian had Dave and I in your best interests and it was incredible to be a part of that team. Lillian was so dedicated to making sure Dave and I were happy with our choices throughout the process and we didn't settle for anything. She made sure she was available any time of day to answer questions- I am actually not confident she even sleeps!
