Our entire outlook on agents and the buying process changed after meeting and working with Adam.  Not only is he a straight shooter who will tell you his thoughts (good and bad), but someone who understands that the ultimate buying decision must be made by you (the purchaser) on your time frame without feeling pressure from outside parties.  Adam is extremely knowledgeable of the housing market from a macro perspective, as well as understanding price points for different neighborhoods/towns and more importantly how buyers can use this information to their advantage when it comes time to negotiate.

The bottom line is that Adam is a "good guy" who does a phenomenal job in an industry where there are many pitfalls that unsuspecting home buyers can (and often do) fall into.
