Then the greatest thing happened.... I was promoted to the Managing Broker of the Tewksbury Coldwell Banker office, with the title of Vice President - Managing Broker. What an honor, what a privilege. Tewksbury had an amazing group of agents, Number #1 real estate office in Tewksbury/Wilmington for sales YTD. They also serviced Wilmington, Andover, North Andover, Lowell, Billerica, Burlington, North Reading, Reading, Wakefield. The Tewksbury office had accomplished many successes. Maintaining #1 in Tewksbury every year and continued to be a strong office with the best agents in the Tewksbury area. Coldwell Banker has added new services to our clients. I then moved back to Chelmsford and resumed working as the best real estate agent I could be in the area. I started a new phase in my Real estate career by moving to LAER Real Estate and partnering with my friend, Darshana Shah. Now I am a team of 5 people, ready to help you with all your Real Estate needs. A good year in Sales! 2016 had me achieving all my personal goals. With over $7,200,000 in closed transactions and another $2,000,000 pending for 2017 I had a banner year. Coldwell Banker recognized me as a Diamond Society, Multi Million Dollar award winner. Northeast Association for Realtors recognized me as a Silver Award winner. One of the things I love best is working with new agents, I mentored and co-broked with some of the best this year. My daughter has also joined Coldwell Banker as a new agent. Her full time job is managing a new construction apartment complex in Nashua, NH. Great to have her learning the ropes. It is always good to learn more so I enrolled in a management training program to learn how Coldwell Banker creates good managers. I had the priviledge to work with estate attorney's to assist families in selling their assets. Assisting my daughter in buying her first condo was a real memorable experience to share.
