of each detail of the transaction to ensure a seamless transaction from negotiating
and addressing any concerns that may come up at the building inspection, execution
of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, tracking the mortgage financing progress,
follow up on title search, making arrangements for obtaining smoke and carbon
monoxide detectors certification that is state required and follow through on
the closing details. The transaction is
consummated at the highest acceptable price obtainable with the least amount of
inconvenience to the Seller.
