Linda Champion is an Attorney Broker. She received a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2001, a Certificate in European Legal Studies from Tulane School of Law-Paris Institute in 1999, a B.S. from Suffolk University in 1996, and an A.S. from Newbury College, cum laude, in 1993. From 2005 – 2011, she represented clients in small-to-middle market secured and unsecured commercial financing arrangements and commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation, zoning, commercial and residential real estate transactions, banking and finance, and corporate law. Linda was appointed in 2011 by District Attorney Daniel F. Conley to serve as an Assistant District Attorney. She was assigned to the Dorchester District Court, Roxbury District Court, and Superior Court. Linda provides real estate brokerage services (only) and is not engaged in the private practice of law. Linda has been a Sr. Lecturer (CJN) at Suffolk University for over 10 years. She is also a regular guest lecturer for area community based first time home buyer courses where she teaches courses in the area of real estate law and on the real estate home buying process. Given her background she has a keen understanding of first time home buyer financing options through Mass Housing, FHA, and the USDA programs. She specializes in first-time home buyer representation. Paul Britton is a licensed real estate salesperson. He received his B.S in Computer Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2011, and his M.S in Electrical Engineering from New York University in 2013. Paul is currently a Sr. Systems Engineer at Raytheon, with a background spanning from Satellite Communications to Radar Systems. Paul has distinguished himself as a community leader, supporting college students through funded STEM-related pursuits. His own college experience has prompted him and another Wentworth alum to start a scholarship fund for underrepresented students with demonstrated financial need at Wentworth. Paul also sits on the Industry Professional Advisory Committees (IPAC) at Wentworth, advocating for curriculum needs and industry expectation. Paul is the Vice President of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Boston Professionals. Aside from Paul’s engineering responsibilities, he has a passion for real estate and a personal interest in helping individuals achieve their goals for buying real property. Jerome Sampson is a 34-year veteran with the Boston Fire Department. Having served fearlessly and courageously in the field for most of his career; he has spent the last 10 years as an Occupancy and Assembly Inspector (Fire Prevention Division) for small and large residential and commercial properties. A native of Boston, Jerome has committed his life and career to serving the city and its people. In 2019, Fire Fighter Sampson was awarded a Distinguished Service Award for his heroic efforts in assisting a pedestrian that was struck by a motor vehicle in his presence. The impact of the vehicle rendered the female victim unresponsive. Fire Fighter Sampson’s extraordinary efforts on that day became a part of his personnel files, and gained him this distinct honor in the presence of his peers and some of the City of Boston’s most distinguished leaders. In addition to his work with the Boston Fire Department, Jerome has more than 40 years’ experience in property management. Continuing in his commitment to serve the City of Boston and its residents, Mr. Sampson has spent the last 7 years as a License Real Estate Agent (buyer’s agent); specializing in work with First Time Homeowners. Using his expertise and training to support buyers in repairing their credit, and creating budget that support homeowner affordability.
Mr. Sampson is certified in graphic design and video production. Creative by nature, Jerome created a higher end sportswear line, Dodekatheon. His artistic expression and creativity earned him Design Awards from Fashion Institute of New York, as well as a Design Scholarship to Fit Fashion Institute of Technology. Finally, the commitment to community and creativity that is the essence of Jerome Sampson can be seen in all of the amazing work and volunteering that he does throughout the Greater Boston area.
