When we began our search for a new house, we realized we would need professional help. What we did not realize that when we hired Bob Nash as our real estate agent, we were not only getting the highest level of professionalism, we ere also getting a friend. Our story is long and complicated. When we hired Bob Nash, he gave us a set of instructions to follow and told us that if we made some minor low-cost (mostly no-cost) improvements to our home, he would be able to sell our home at the price we were looking for. We followed his instructions and within a month, he sold our home for full asking price! That was particularly impressive considering the sale took place during the September 11th aftermath. The story unfortunately does not end there. Two weeks before we were about to move into our dream home, the house we were selling was severely damaged by fire. We were devastated because we lost almost everything we owned. The deal on our sold house became null and void and the people whose house we were buying were not willing to return our $10,000.00 deposit. We were up the creek with no paddle, no boat and only a life preserver named Bob Nash. Mr. Nash immediately sprung into action, arriving at the scene within minutes of the fire. While we were putting our life back in order and dealing with the shock, Bob Nash proceeded to negotiate an extension with the people we were buying the house from, sold our house again, this time to a contractor, and arranged a closing date within two weeks. Without exaggeration, he saved our life. Today, we are the proud owners of a beautiful home in Marshfield, MA, which is the envy of our friends. It is our dream home, a dream which is alive today because of the efforts of Bob Nash. Anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home would be foolish to look any further than Bob Nash and any company that he is associated with.

One of the best measures of customer satisfaction is assuredly repeat business from former customers. Judging by our loyalty to Realtor Bob Nash, we were very satisfied with the service Bob provided. In 1998, we hired Bob to sell our family home of 34 years. It was a stressful time for us, but Bob made it seem effortless. He sold our home in less than two weeks for full asking price and on our first attempt at looking for a new home, he found us the condominium we wanted to purchase. Six months later, he helped our daughter Terry find her first home in Abington, a delightful condominium. It was her first purchase and she was very nervous. Bob guided her through the process and she is very happy with her "own" place. When we decided 2 1/2 years later to move closer to our daughter, he sold our existing condominium in a very short period of time and found us a beautiful, newly constructed townhouse style condominium. I am so glad that my friends, the Buclkeys, told us about what you did for them a few years back. Bob, if it wasn't for you pointing out and making a list of things to fix in my old house, we never would have sold at the price we got, which allowed us to buy in Marshfield. When my husband and I decided to go into a "55 and older" community, we had to deal with selling our house that had been home for 39 years. It was quite an emotional experience. Bob came in and helped us through all the things that had to be done.He always called us after the house was shown and told us how it went. After an open house he left us a detailed note about how many people showed up and how many were interested. We never had to call him to find out how things were going.
