This includes helping lenders and asset management companies assess the colateral values of defaulting real estate loans by providing quality BPOs (Broker Price Opinions), as well as contracting as a listing agent for corporate client REO (real estate owned)

BPO Services Each month I complete approximately 40 BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) for corporate clients and asset management companies. BPO's are requested to assess the value of the real estate attached to a defaulting loan, in secondary or homequity loan applications, and to back up appraisals or other BPOs for properties post-foreclosure.
On-line opinions are generally delivered within 48 hours of order; some of my clients require interior inspections, property condition statements, general repair-needs estimates, and may include PDF attachments and digital photos. License, E&O and W9 are provided on request.

REO Listing Agent Services In the 1990s I was a contracted listing agent for the FDIC, FNMA, Freddie Mac and a half dozen or so local banks during the real estate crisis that lasted several years.
In 2008 I decided to again take on the challenge of marketing bank-owned real estate. Duties vary from client to client as dictated by the client, but can include preservation services and CFK negotations in addition to traditional services.
Unlike many REO listing agents whose entire real estate sales production is predominantly REO, bank-owned property listings account for approximately 25% of my annual sales. This cross-over experience serves both the private and corporate seller well; my never-ending valuation of local real estate gives my private sellers a quick and expert market analysis while my corporate clients benefit from tailored and creative marketing programs not utilized by most REO listing agents.
