Herb is a seasoned real estate professional with almost two decades of experience in the Real Estate Industry, having pursued a broad range of real estate endeavors from real estate development, financing, consulting, and sales. He brings with him a strong financial background as well as a keen negotiating ability. Herb has owned and operated a variety of businesses including a mortgage company, from which he parlays his skills to the unique and variable world of real estate. He is well versed in all aspects of both residential and commercial real estate, able to consult you in all your real estate endeavors.
At an early age Herb learned that honesty, dedication, hard work and customer service are the building blocks to any successful business. He comes from a family of entrepreneurs that take pride in their work.
One of Herb's favorite things to do in his down time is travel. He has traveled to over 45 countries and has previously run an import business with South America and Europe. He enjoys working with people from various nationalities--it's one of the primary reasons he chose RE/MAX, whose presence in over 80 countries far exceeds any any other real estate company.
Herb is a native of New England and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Finance and Management. An avid sports fan and a 20-year Red Sox season ticket holder, Herb lives in the city with his side kick Australian Shepherd, Sidney.

My construction knowledge sets me apart from just any Realtor selling your finished product. I have designed and developed homes in Charlestown, Middleton and Ipswich.
