About Alex Haidar Alex Haidar is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership in property management, real estate brokerage, construction, and asset oversight. As Founder and CEO of Skyline Realty, he leads a multidisciplinary firm serving landlords, investors, condominium boards, developers, and residential clients throughout Greater Boston. Since founding Skyline in 1999, Alex has managed the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of more than 2,500 residential units, ranging from single-family investments to complex condominium associations. He has also led over 700 construction and capital improvement projects and directed the leasing, marketing, and sale of more than 1,800 properties. As a licensed real estate broker and general contractor, Alex offers end-to-end expertise across acquisitions, renovations, leasing strategy, portfolio oversight, and regulatory compliance. He brings in-depth knowledge of Massachusetts real estate statutes, condominium governance, landlord-tenant regulations, permitting, and zoning. His clients rely on his guidance to navigate challenges, maintain compliance, and protect their long-term interests.
