3. For sellers: an honest market analysis of your home’s value, complete with a comprehensive marketing plan to sell your property within your desired time frame at competitive market value and suggestion to make it more appealing.

4. For buyers: A “leave no stone unturned” approach to finding a home. Quite often I help my clients get their offer accepted even before the first open house takes place. My buyer's program will perform an automatic computer search of the entire marketplace each day to give you the inside-track on the perfect home (before other buyers), at the most competitive price.
