The Purchase and Sale Agreement, which is much more detailed, should be the Agreement.

number of sales they, as a group, have made. That is good for them, but not
necessarily better for you. Their Agents boast about the sales they have made
but the majority of their “Sales” have been made by other agents in other
offices through Co-Broking.

agents may ask you to let them place a lock box on your door, with a key to
