The properties' status is explained below:
Coming Soon: The property will be available for viewing soon, but it is not yet active. However, a sight-unseen offer can be submitted and accepted during this time.
Active: The property is being marketed and shown.
Active with contingencies: the property has an accepted offer. However, it is still being shown as a backup because a contingency has yet to be met, such as a mortgage contingency or home inspection contingency.
Pending: The property has a fully executed offer and is not being shown, even if there are outstanding contingencies.
Temporary off-market: The property is being temporarily removed from the market, but a valid listing agreement still exists between the realtor and the client.
Expired: The property has reached its contract expiration without being sold, or the relationship between the realtor and client has been severed before the contract expiration date.
Closed: The property recently sold.
