If you are a buyer, I can help you get pre-approved for a mortgage so that you will know how much of a home you can afford. I will set up an MLS account for you with your desired home search criteria to help you find that perfect home. I will make the process as simple as possible and email you current listings that fit your preferences. I know just how valuable your time is and offer home previewing as one of my many services. Once we narrow down the choices I will schedule a home tour at your convenience. I will help you negotiate an offer to purchase when you find the right house and be at your side all the way to closing.
If you are a seller, as your listing agent, I will offer you exceptional marketing and negotiating skills and be by your side to the closing table. I will host open houses and market your home through Internet, social media, networking and print advertising to attract a targeted audience of potential buyers. I will accompany showings, provide weekly market reports and feedback. I also provide professional photography with video tour, staging services and social media marketing of your home. You will also have the benefit of our affiliation with The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, an international relocation network that brings a huge pool of potential buyers to our company from across the nation and the planet.
