We could not recommend David Kirwan highly enough. We worked with David on the purchase of our home in Worcester when we were relocating from California. Needless to say the very idea of trying to purchase a home from 3000 miles away seemed overwhelming. I do not know how we could have gotten through the experience without David. He is truly an expert in real estate and with long distance relocations. In our first visit to Worcester he patiently toured us and our two little girls around the city visiting countless homes. Through our conversations and our reactions to properties (many of which were somewhat conflicted), David was able to synthesize an amazingly accurate picture of what we were looking for in a new home and neighborhood. Most significantly, David was able to work with us in all these ways without making us feel pressured or prodded toward any particular properties. If there were any issues or questions for which David did not have a clear answer, he took the time to research the issue for us. He was even a wonderful sounding board for concerns we had with the sale of our home in California and provided us with statistics and points to consider with that transaction that were extremely valuable to us. Not only is he a wonderful human being to work with, his knowledge of the real estate market is extremely impressive and invaluable in making such a large financial and personal investment in a new home.

David truly worked side by side with us from beginning to end with the purchase of our home and beyond. Even after the closing he made himself available to check on our home in the time it sat empty between closing and our relocation. His thoughtfulness continued to be evident on our move-in day when we found food in our refrigerator and stuffed animals for our little girls waiting for us in our empty house.
