I am writing regarding Ms Basema Shalhoub Realtor @ RE/MAX Unlimited, whom I recently worked alongside. I am the owner of 106 Naples Road, Brookline Unit 1 and Basema works for was the seller's agent of Unit 2. The pipes froze during the cold and she was an angel to help us look for not just one but two plumbers to fix the issue. The first plumber came but did not have the right equipment and the second came but couldn't find the frozen section. It took a full three days to resolve the problem of the froZen pipe. In addition, she helped us source for someone to shovel the yard to prevent flooding into the basement and the utility room. This took a whole week, including many hours on the weekend as we were expecting rain and flooding. I would say that if it wasn't for her tireless efforts and her persistence, the house would either be flooded due to the frozen pipe or the flooding from ice melts. She is also helping supervise the workers to make sure they do their jobs. We are so grateful to her. and want to say, she is a top-notch, amazing Agent who went way above and beyond what her duties were.
