could, such as breaking down the complicated rules about smoke/CO detectors and

couple of smoke detectors she had in her car. Her judgment was very good as she
guided us through some issues with the buyer, and she could be tough when she
needed to be. We contacted her at various times of the day and evening, and she
was happy to give us her time, or if she was busy she responded soon
thereafter. Julie gained our trust and became a good friend.
