I have been a REALTOR® since 1983, and am affiliated with LUX Realty North Shore in Beverly Farms, Massachusetts. In addtition to being a consistent real estate top producer, I authored, and currently teach, the state course in negotiation. In addition, I assisted in co-writing the new agent training curriculum for negotiation for the state of New Hampshire. More and more consumers are realizing that negotiation is one of the most valuable and crucial skills we can provide them.

I hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute National Designations), ITI (Instructors Training Institute),from the National Association of REALTORS® , and have served the North Shore Association of REALTORS® in many capacities, including Multiple Listing Service President in both 1992 and 1993, and Board President in 1996. I also served as the North Shore Women’s Council of REALTORS® Chapter President three times. I am a statewide instructor for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute. In 2015, I am honored to Chair the Professional Standards Committee as well as serve as an Orientation Instructor for Code of Ethics for NSAR.

On the Regional level, I served as Regional Vice President for the Northeast Region in 1997, served as a Director for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® from 1992 to 2001, and was elected the Secretary of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in both 1998 and 1999. I served as Vice President of Legal Affairs for MAR in 2000, and served as Vice President of Technology and Communications for MAR in 2001. I served as a voting member of the State’s elite Executive Committee from 1997-2001 and currently serve as a Mediation Officer for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® as well as for NSAR (North Shore Association of REALTORS®)

In addition to serving on many committees and task forces, I chaired the Design Task Force for the MLS Forms and System Design in 1994, and chaired the sub-committee on Mandatory Continuing Education for MAR in 1996. I was appointed Vice Chair of Professional Development in 1996 as well as Chairman of Forms and Mediation for 2000. In 2013 I was appointed and currently serve on the Sub-Committee for Curriculum Development for the Massachusetts Division of Registration for Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons. I was also appointed to the PAG (Presidential Advisory Group) on New Agent Training for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® in 2013.

I hold the distinguished honor of having received the President’s Award for NSAR (the North Shore Association of REALTORS®), was named the North Shore’s REALTOR® of the Year in 1994 and 2008, the 2007 Educator of the Year for the Massachusetts Asociation of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Drum Corps Hall of Fame Woman of the Year in 1999, and inducted into the MA Drum Corps Hall of Fame in 2011.

I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Cardinal Alumni Association of Beverly, an organization dedicated to providing scholarship opportunities to participants in the performing arts, and I've have been involved with drum corps and bands for nearly five decades, formerly as an instructor, tour director, and adjudicator. It is also a privilege to be a member of the Beverly Kiwanis Club.

I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, the North Shore Association of REALTORS® the NAR Council of Residential Specialists, and the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Above all, I am very proud to represent the interests of Buyers and Sellers in the most important transaction of their lives.
