I don’t ask to put a LockBox on your door so other Brokers can show your property because I will be there knowing all about your home to make sure a prospective buyer has all the information their broker may not have. I also Never advise a Seller to sign an Offer to Purchase Form, which will take the place of a Purchase and Sale Agreement, if a P&S is not agreed to. The Purchase and Sale Agreement, which is much more detailed, should be the Agreement.

Large Companies are not Necessarily Better for You

Large Companies Boast about the number of sales they, as a group, have made. That is good for them, but not necessarily better for you. Their Agents boast about the sales they have made but the majority of their “Sales” have been made by other agents in other offices through Co-Broking.

I am present at all showings of my Listings. That is why I never ask you to have a lock box on your door. Other agents may ask you to let them place a lock box on your door, with a key to your house that would enable an Agent, who has never been in your house, access to your house to show it to their prospective client.

As The Owner of the property You are My Client and I will show it to prospective Buyers as well as Other Agent’s Clients.

Entry Only Listings are not good for either the BUYER or the SELLER. It’s like trying to build a house yourself rather than hiring a contractor.
