Prior to that I was a Real Estate Title Examiner. In January 2011, I was elected by my real estate peers to serve on the Tri-County Board of Realtors® as Director. The board's objective is to unite real estate agents for the purpose of protecting and advancing Real Estate interest, and to adopt and enforce regulations with respect to the conduct of the real estate business and standards of conduct in accordance with the laws and ethics of the National Association of Real Estate Boards. Being on that Board allowed me to better further my education of real estate law. As for my sales this year, I have had one of my most productive years so far. I've been involved in the sales of a variety of properties from new construction, land, short sales, foreclosures, auctions, rental properties to regular home sales.
