""How much can I afford?" (Answer: It's always good to get a preapproval from a local lender to give you a baseline for what you can afford.)
"Can I price my home based on the Zestimate?" (Answer: Get it double-checked by a real estate agent that you trust. Zestimates, by Zillow's own admission, can be off 20% either way.)
