About The Deb and Lou Team

For over ten years Deb was Coordinator of Special Events for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Event planning includes budgeting, establishing dates and alternate dates, selecting and reserving the event site, acquiring permits, and coordinating transportation and parking. Event planning also includes some or all of the following, depending on the event: developing a theme or motif for the event, arranging for speakers and alternate speakers, coordinating location support (such as electricity and other utilities), arranging decor, tables, chairs, tents, event support and security, catering, police, fire, portable toilets, parking, signage, emergency plans, health care professionals, and cleanup.
Deb was also the office manager at a local dental office for over 5 years As a dental office manager she, performed administrative and human resources duties and oversaw many aspects of daily operation, including payroll, scheduling, accounting, and patient case management. Deb acted primarily as a supervisor of clerical duties she has an extensive knowledge of medical terminology and the types of procedures offered at our office to ensure quality service. We had many people on staff on and off through the years, including hygienists, dental assistants, and of course practicing dentists. Deb was very organized even setting employee work schedules, maintaining their benefits packages, and administering paychecks. Developing training materials and conducting regular performance reviews to help the office run more efficiently.
Lou has recently retired from a 33 year successful dental career. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, in Boston. Lou achieved his bachelor’s degree in zoology from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Born in Boston and raised in Somerville and Arlington. Lou determined that the energy, great feeling of family and community that existed in Shrewsbury was the way to go thirty three years ago. Throughout the years Lou has successfully invested in properties located in and around the Shrewsbury area.
Over the years, Lou has developed many skills which give him a well- rounded approach and never say die attitude towards his business dealings. He is conversational in multiple languages and well-traveled internationally. He holds black belts in judo and jujitsu, experience playing electric bass with his music partner in local Worcester venues, and spent many years rock and ice climbing in New England, the Rocky Mountains, and the French Alps. His current, less physically demanding pastimes are Caribbean sailing and scuba diving. Having begun working at the age of 12, washing dishes in a restaurant and doing odd jobs in the neighborhood, he continued to work his way through college with several small businesses. He knows how to succeed.
