Where do they advertise and Why? Also, who pays for their advertising? Do they have any designations? certifications? (Some are very hard to get, and others aren't). Are They A 'Top Producer' with NCMAR? Really? Which level? (NCMAR has Four levels covering 20-25% of the members). What type of support and systems do they use? So ask questions!
